You can generate random drum sounds with Tekno and drag the sound onto VISCO to resynthesize it, which means you can make several interesting Tekno sounds and then morph between them in VISCO.

I've only just started exploring this, but it seems like a really interesting combination to me.

How is the sound dragging from Tekno done? Not familiar with either, but curious with the workflow.

Just click on the drum pad and drag, drop it on the dropdown sound selector in VISCO. It's effortless.

This is true about most drum synths. Visco does a great job resynthesizing drum sounds. I've had a good time morphing between some over processed 808 sounds and some synthesized microtonic sounds with visco too.
