Sorry for this post, I'm trying what I can to solve my issue with Arturia since support has been involved already but so far, after more than ten days, the activations in my Arturia account are still totally corrupted; up to the point that even though the Arturia website shows 0 activations used on any of the registered products, yet Software Center, on multiple systems, still reports that V Collection and other products activations are all used, and there are some other products in which there are sparse activations that aren't listed in the Arturia website account (section "My products").
As a result, while trying to solve this, I'm totally unable to use Analog Lab Pro, the whole V Collection, and other products...
Please advise. For the record, Arturia request is #1162074, then merged (I think not so rationally) with #1155699 which was about a different topic.
About a month ago I noticed that on the website multiple activations, more than the max allowed, were shown on the above mentioned products - and others. The website was being updated in those days i think, and I speculate something went really wrong with the activations database.
Now, it seems the issue is known, Arturia Support has replied and at least the suggestions helped in making the portal back to showing correct information.
But Software Center is totally incoherent with what shown there.
Other than opening requests and sending emails, what can I do to be able to get "my activations" back? Of course there's also another solution - purchase additional licenses - no thanks
Support have seemingly disappeared.
I know that they are launching new stuff and now their BF megasale, but I don't think leaving a user in this situation is nice...
