Not sure if this is still an issue for you, and I haven't used it to sort out my Kontakt libraries, so I'm kind of guessing.
But I'd check for any duplicates in the same folder for Action Strings 2. For the Friedlander Violin, I'd check the properties of the Battery 4 Factory Library file to see if it has been moved to the wrong folder and renamed. It's easy to confuse the NI installer I've found over the years!
If not, there's always the good old back-to-basics uninstall/reinstall path. I'd uninstall all libraries that are causing issues. Reboot, then reinstall them, taking extra care with the installation location.
