Can I transfer this license?

I have the OPXA and I also have the V Collection 10, which includes the OPXA.

Does this mean I can sell the individual license without having to sell the V Collection, or lose the OPXA from that collection (though I assume you can't sell individual plug ins that came within the V Collectoin, you have to sell the whole collection)?
