I'm confused. I have Nemesis and Vice from their recent sale. But when I load it up there is no keyboard within the GUI and no option to edit or change the individual samples within a kit. If you watch this clip from UJAM you can see on the GUI there is a keyboard and below it the opportunity to change the individual sounds within a kit.

How do I activate that? It doesn't show up when I use it

MayIf I understand correctly, click on the percussion option on the left buttons and then select a version below it.

The new Beatmaker wrapper UI is terrible, that video you posed is from 4 years ago before they released the wrapper. Now any new Beatmaker purchases are forced to use the Beatmaker wrapper, it sucks. I've already submitted my list of complaints about the new UI to UJAM a while ago and they said they have received many similar complaints. But no decent update has been released yet so I'm holding off on any more Beatmaker purchases until they make some improvements.

UJAM Beatmaker, how do you edit?
