KSM doesn't understand that 1.13.0 is higher than 1.9.0. I have Two Notes Genome 1.13.0 installed. KSM is telling me 1.9.0 is higher.

I had switched to MacUpdater because of KSM bugs, but with the product's demise, I'm back to KSM, and it still has all the same issues as it had a couple years ago.

I'd love a way to hide plugins temporarily like MacUpdater. I often chose to hide an update for a couple months, hoping the developer would fix the version. In KSM, I have many plugins where the version printed in the meta data does not match the actual version of the plugin. There must be a better way to pull the version number. I have tons of plugins that are up to date but still show up in KSM as out of date; however, MacUpdater didn't have this problem. That leads me to believe there is a better way of checking version information.

As others have reported, lots of false positives for UAD and UADx, but that was an issue with MU as well.

False positive for Wavesfactory Echo Cat as well. KSM should ignore alpha, beta and dev versions that are not available to the public.

False positive for Xfer Records Cthulhu. Version available for download in account is 1.248; however KSM says 1.3.7 is available.

Flux Alchemist reports as V3.0.0.0 the KVR version 24.6 is lower than 24.7 that is available since 2024.
AAS Ultra Analog reports as version 3, i have 3.3.0 installed.
