In any case and without any further ado, SN Zero is a multitimbral 32 voice polyphonic 4-op FM vector synthesizer with 61 keys and support for custom user waveforms — multi-sample instruments as well as (for now only) single cycle wave tables (Zero can load multi-frame wave tables but currently plays only the first loaded frame — well, it’s a WIP). Long story short, Zero is an FM rompler.

https://senderspike.wordpress.com/2026/ ... ynthesizerThe main structure of Zero is a patch consisting of:
The core of each operator is, then, a frequency and phase modulated waveform oscillator with four phase modulation inputs (three external inputs from other operators and one feedback path) and a single frequency modulation bus. Each operator has also:
- four operators routed together according to one of twelve available algorithms
- programmable vector cross-fade section that mixes together stereo outputs of all carrier operators
- optional set of output filters (HPF, LPF)
- and an optional brickwall limiter/clipper followed by a master output amplifier
- three dedicated six-stage envelope generators that can control pitch, filter frequency, filter drive, amplitude, and feedback
- multi-mode filter with modulatable frequency and drive
- modulatable amplifier
- a single, nevertheless quite feature-rich, LFO that can be simultaneously routed to modulate pitch, filter frequency, amplitude, and/or panorama
- plus plethora of other minor, but essential, features (please, read the fabulous manual
)
So glad to finally see this guy return.
All free; also Windows only!
