Hey folks,

Wanted to redeem a coupon that came with a Nektar MIDI controller I bought but the page is not letting me enter any numbers into the field.

We aren't seeing any issues with Coupon Redemption at the moment, our logs show successful redemptions daily, so things are working.

A couple of things:
1] You need to be logged into your MOK account in order to redeem a coupon (this is how we know which user to give the license to)
2] If it looks like a browser problem, try another browser and let us know if there is a specific browser issue we aren't aware of.

If all else fails, email us at info [a] mok [dot] com, as we may need to dig further into your specific coupon or account.
