Talkie works by filtering the incoming sounds into vowel-like formants. It comes with four modes, so you can make OoOos, Ahhhs, and Eees with ease. Additionally, there is a morph slider, so the formant vowels can be augmented from one vowel to another. Talkie is best used with low-frequency-harmonic-rich sounds, such as saw-waves.

You registration web site is broken, can't generate account passwords, just asks over and over to reset the password, btw.
