Hey all- noob here. Just bought a used Sensel Morph thru Reverb to use w/my Hydrasynth. Downloaded the Sensel app thru someone on Reddit, plugged in the Morph- but the app doesn't recognize it. Nothing happens. Re-started my PC a dozen times, turned off the Bluetooth. The cable seems to work- the Morph is charging when plugged in. (I ordered a better cable anyway)

Can anyone help? My real prob is- do I need to return this thing? Need to know soon (but thats my problem!)

Thanks!!

did you install the drivers as well as the app?

I don't think so. Do you know how? Thanks!

(BTW- I am going direct into my PC. I'm not using a DAW)

(Im not sure if there ever were Windows drivers for anything later than Win8, though.)

I cant get to my studio till later today. I have Windows 11- does this mean I'm screwed? (excuse the vernacular)

Youll be fine, installed it on my new Win11 laptop.
Drivers are linked in the thread whyterabbyt posted above

So- installed Win 7/8 drivers (I think)...still having the same problem. My PC does recognize the Morph via Bluetooth- but I believe you must be connected via UBS cable to start up the Morph?

I bought my Morph used- it didn't come with the original cable. I have a new cable coming today, the one I'm using now is an older one from the bottom of a drawer, so it could be faulty...

The Morph charges when plugged in, but the app doesn't recognize it. Besides a faulty cable- can anyone else chime in on what could be going wrong?

Thanks!!
