I enjoyed the song - that dark vibe is my jam -- something about the transition at 50 secs doesn't sit right with me though - it seems a little too jarring, though perhaps its something you were going for -- imo a smoother transition would be better, where the volume jump in the guitars isn't quite as loud (without losing impact). That's just my two cents, feel free to ignore. Anyway, great track, thanks for sharing.

I have to agree with Frank. The transition is a little jarring though, for me, not as extreme. The bigger problem is it just doesn't fit with the rest of the track. It's almost like 2 songs. All in all, however, it's not jarring enough to make me not like the track, which overall sounds really cool.

Really enjoyed the listen...well actually listens....got a bit hooked to be honest and bought it!

I do 100% understand what Wags and Frank are saying above about the Chorus being quite different from the verses and a little jarring for some...rhythmically it is VERY different as it fights against the underlying pulse rather than simply syncing with it...

BUT...

I just don't agree with them!

I really loved the massive lift in the chorus with it's glitchy rhythm + that lead tune / riff is such a hook!

Sorry, I want to like it but it feels like parts in a box more than a single song. The singer is doing one thing, the guitars another, the drums... and then that chorus, which appears more than fits.

Maybe another mix can bring this into oneness. I would offer if you are not offended by me already.

But...

The Music Café has a long tradition of leaving feedback on posts...sort of part of its reason for existing...

So just make it clear in your next post that you're simply advertising your release as such and don't want feedback etc...or you'll get some more for sure on here!

I did not intend to upset. If I wanted to do that I could have told you really hurtful and probably unfixable things. But I did not, i not only focused on what was fixable but offered to help you solve that.

Solid track. I had no problem with the chorus, the change in rhythm works well IMO—gives it nice power and emphasis, and the stereo width change is also cool. Maybe a tad too much volume difference.
