Hey everyone,
I’m trying to figure out how the sub movement in this track was done (not so much the kick itself).
I'd like to know what exactly is driving that rapid sub movement at 1:01 min.
Is it just sidechaining, or an LFO modulating volume, pitch, or filter? Or some combo of both? Sounds like the up pulse is on the off beat.
This stuff always seems obvious until you actually start trying to dial it in yourself. I'd be curious what stands out to you.
