How couls i get that lush Nelson Riddle orchestration sound/efects on Fruity Loops?
The following VST instruments?
Muted brass section (with bass trombone), a delicate string section, harp, celesta,
and piano?
Clarinets, saxophones, oboes, bassoons, flutes?
Any tips on how to do all this on FL?

Wow, Nelson Riddle is a name I never expected to see at KVR. I imagine a good portion of the members are too young to remember him. I'm old enough to remember him but never paid any attention to his work.
Depends on your budget. You could start with some free Soundfonts (FL Studio has a capable Soundfont Player) then go from there to a full blown sampler and thousands of dollars in orchestral samples and many levels in between.
I bet member Wagtunes would be the guy to best help you in your quest........
