I am an elderly person creating some life-long songs for my grandkids (Grandpa's Music). My singing voice naturally includes gravelly crackly phlegmy artifacts. I am trying out Smooth Operator to see if it can be of any help minimizing the characteristics of an elderly voice. However I don't seem to be able to get it to make any difference. I'm sure it's because I don't have things set correctly. Can anybody suggest the proper settings in Smooth Operator to help mitigate this issue?
If I'm jousting at windmills and Smooth Operator is the wrong DAW plugin please let me know if there is a better more effective tool (under $100). Likewise, if the answer is "Just live with it" let me know!
Or perhaps you have a better way of handling this issue?
Thanks.

Hi. Would be probably helpful if you could post an example of your voice. and maybe the desired result.
„gravelly crackly phlegmy artifacts“ isn‘t exactly an alround descreption;)
