Black Rooster Audio released the VWB-1X Vintage Workbench

Black Rooster Audio has announced the release of the VWB-1X Vintage Workbench – a vintage-inspired channel strip plug-in that combines filtering, musical equalization, and tube compression in a single workflow.

Inspired by classic analog channel strips, the VWB-1X integrates four processing stages into one cohesive interface, allowing engineers and producers to shape tone, control dynamics, and refine frequency balance without complex plugin chains.

Seems like amalgamation of old plugins. Will not cash out for this.

PA also trying to sell me a lot of these new bx_ plugins, but it's all a rehash of the code they've had for years and the new dark ashy-gray UIs are not too exciting to work with, which makes matters even worse.

Since Dratwa left, BRA lost the momentum. But Reimund is not the only coder in Germany, although he's a brilliant one. And yet, it's about time for BRA to move forward with somebody new. And genuinely new products.
