Hello!! I'd like to know if one can edit clip midi notes with a midi controller (not mouse or keyboard) whether play is on or off. I have the Launchpad Pro Mk3 and the Launchkey M3 61.

In Bitwig a MIDI controller can do exactly the same things to MIDI regardless whether it's in Arranger or in Clip Launcher, but it really depends on what you mean by "edit" and which script you're using. To genuinely "edit" the MIDI, i.e. add, delete, move around and extend/shorten the MIDI notes, the script would need to support step-sequencing features.
