Automation clips with Next Scene

Hey! New to the forum, so sorry if starting the thread in the wrong place or breaking some rules.

My situation is as follows: I'm doing theater sound design and I wanted to try my luck with bitwig to try a different workflow and it has been nice, but now I have this problem that I can't figure out a way to start ONLY automations to already playing clips with Next Scene -command, but continuing playing the clips that are already playing.

The reason for needing is this to have a possibility of crossfading and controlling the fade out duration etc. I'm outputting through FX channels and automating them isn't a possibility, because those channels have other stuff going in to them at the same time and I'm running 13 channel audio system.

I know there are some workarounds, but I feel like there should be a easy way of doing this which I just havent figured out.
