I'm happy to announce the release of SOL-2 Guitar Dynamics Shaper,
a VST3 plugin for Windows built specifically around guitar dynamics.
WHAT IT DOES
SOL-2 separates the input signal into its transient (attack) and
sustain (body) components, letting you shape each independently.
The core idea came from wanting a compressor designed around how
guitars actually behave — particularly for clean-tone rhythm playing,
cutting patterns, and lead guitar pick attack nuance. The goal is
less about "squashing" and more about shaping and refining the feel
of a performance.
