Recently I purchased one of these after seeing some glowing reviews.



The editor page recognizes the model and accepts inputs however the update button which is supposed to flash the unit so you can change the channel / cc values refuses to click.

I've made a few attempts now to contact support via the webpage chat and email. They have been unresponsive.

Apparently because I was using a usb splitter box with several devices (a few of them midi) it was sending but not able to transmit. The solution was to have a dedicated usb directly into the pc. Once I did that the webpage was able to transmit the data back to the fader box.
