I'm a newbie and would like some basics on this plugin. Is there a document or video that explains basics - settings like the dropdown, interpreting the percent graph, how the sections work together? I would like to duck reverb during fast guitar picking and let reverb out during lulls so am trying reverse but not understanding what I should be seeing in the graph as often one line stays at the top or bottom. Thank you.

Hi, we have some videos on AutoGain Pro MK2:

essentially you have 2 detector and 2 processors in the plugin. So if you want to duck the reverb while the guitar plays and let the volume of the reverb rise when the guitar fades you should work like this:

1. put AutoGain Pro MK2 on the reverb return.
2. turn only detector 1 on and set the source to ext.mid, adjust attack and release so the goes well with your guitar playing
3. both processors use detector 1 as the source. set to peak mode, enable reverse and set max gain and scaler so that you have the amount of reduction you desire.
4. adjust attack and release of the processors so that the reverb tail rise when you want.
6. adjust level on the detector 1 so that the gain action on the reverb tail moves round the 0% line.

Oh Important I forgot, you have to make a send from the guitar track to the reverb track but use the sidechain of AutoGain Pro MK2 as the destination for the send.

LEt me know if this helps.
