So, I have a song that I wrote and recently recorded with a Ukrainian singer that I record with pretty regularly and she has a VERY heavy accent and her English is decent, but not great. It’s a pretty chill and solemn song and there are a few lines (4 or 5 words/short phrases) where she struggles with the words and her accent makes it just sound…..wrong. It sounds like awkward gibberish and not only ruins the meaning and flow of some of my favorite lines in the song, but it sticks out like a sore thumb in an otherwise flowing melody. We’ve recorded it multiple times over a few sessions and she can’t get it right, so I’m tempted by to try some AI options to see if there’s anything out there that can do this.

I see there are apps like Dubbix that claim to change your accent, so that might work to remove or decrease her accent, but it may require something that also replaces or corrects a few words while keeping her voice. Anybody have any experience with this or suggestions? I’m hoping that I can at least get it close enough that she can listen to it repeatedly to learn how it should be sung, then we can eventually re-record it.
