USAMO, using Logic Pro to drive Cirklon

Curious if anyone else has a Logic > USAMO > Cirklon combo.

I'm struggling to get reliable clocking of the Cirklon as a slave to Logic using USAMO.

I've run USAMO in test mode, and got what (looked like) perfect results after endlessly experimenting with level (it's quite sensitive), so as far as I can see, the USAMO bit is (I think?) working fine.

Trying to then sync Cirklon, the clock just isn't landing properly from Logic for whatever reason... sometimes a skipped beat, I can stop Logic and sometimes the Cirklon plays on a few steps.. I've also had some episodes of dramatically wrong tempo, although Cirklon seemed to be in theory receiving broadly getting start and stop sort of right.

Any advice gratefully received!
