Harmonics on 5th Fret

I use Amplesound acoustics a lot but I have never been able to generate a Natural Harmonic on the 5th fret (octave above the harmonic on the 12th fret) in the Riffer.
Anyone know how to do it?

Not all the fingering position is supported for NH, you can press C#0, click on the fingerboard, if it responses, you can create a NH note in Riffer with the same note ID, manually adjust the string to see if it works?
