This is an absolute joke of a manager and I'm already regretting spending time on this.
I'm dead serious here. Can anyone even remotely begin to defend why this installer is so utterly and completely useless? Please, do go on. I cannot fathom why Tracktion would create something as useless as this for their products?
Update: Ok, so now I got the whole "you need to not have this clicked, only then will you be able to choose" thing... but there's no option to uninstall anything anywhere, only a "reinstall" option, wow. And even though I've uninstalled everything manually, even the installer itself and done a clean sweep of everything Tracktion on my computer with cleaner software - the newly downloaded (again) installer still claims that everything is still "installed" even though nothing exists anymore and there's no uninstall, only a reinstall option.
I stand by my opinion, even though I missed that first bit about auto-install to default, this still remains an utter embarrassment as an installer and Tracktion should be ashamed of themselves to use such an incompetently made piece of software. This really is an atrociously bad installer.
