Looking around for a cheap option to get my guitar into an ipad and hear it back through phones, will be heavily effected so not after ultimate tone or anything, low latency would be good though. Want to chuck it in the bag with the ipad so smaller the better.
Anyone tried these cheap Joyos?

Or just stick to a lower end conventional interface?
Cheers.

No idea as far as Apple goes but thanks for the heads up. I'll probably pick one up for Android and laptop.

Cool. They’re only £14 on aliexpress so tempted to just try one anyway, will update when I do.

Was doing a bit of research; looks like these have the dry signal permanently in the headphone out so really for use after any physical effects you want to use. Doesn't sound like they operate like a regular interface where you can feed the dry signal into the pc/tablet, apply effects then hear just the effected signal with no direct.Cuauhtli wrote: Mon Jul 13, 2026 2:32 pm No idea as far as Apple goes but thanks for the heads up. So, be warned if that's not how you want to work

No worries. That'll work until I decide what to do about upgrading my computer and buying a proper interface.
