Audix — I'm the developer, and I'm sorry. You're right, and I'd rather fix it in public than have you take my word for it.

Your key was generated: every purchase mints a licence key server-side and it's recorded, so nothing was lost. The failure is on the delivery side — the licence email is sent from an address on my domain that I don't think is accepting mail, which would explain both the missing key and your replies bouncing.

I've deployed delivery logging today so I can see exactly which emails leave and which don't, and I'm moving the sending address to a mailbox I actually monitor.
