I’m trying to recreate the pluck sound that starts at 0:38 in this track using Serum.

I’ve tried saw-based waveforms and wavetables such as MG Mini, but they always sound too grainy and rough instead of clean.

I also tried FM, which added a metallic quality, but it still did not create the thin, papery texture of the original. Multiband compression did not help either.

How can I create this clean “metallic paper” texture? What kind of waveform, wavetable, filter, modulation, or processing should I try?

Yes, I mean the chord sound that plays on every eighth note, not the lead sound that sounds like a blend of piano and bell.
