www.bestservice.de opinion needed.
Hi all,
I wonder if any one had any problems when they ordered goods or software from this website.
The reason for asking is because I ordered myself some software. This was done on the 20.11.2004. Four days later they debited my credit card for the amount I spend with them. On that day the 24 I wrote a mail to their
shipping & returns contact person to receive some more info on how and when the goods would be shipped, but till today they never responded.
Two days later I send an email to some other people at www.bestservice.de. But no one responded to it either.
I mailed then the software company who actually point this site as the one to buy their goods from but they never responded either.
Question: Am I ripped of here?
Do I need to take some other step to get my money back?
Or do I just wait some more days?
I want to now your opinions please.

hi, i just got an order last week, the whole order process took about a week. i just got a confirmation email bout my order, nothing else till the cd arrived by postal mail.
i dont think theyll rip you off (they r in buisness for years). but in my opinion you should at least get answer to your email today (29th).

Give me some hope…but I will only be satisfied when that package arrives.
I think their customer relations suck anyway.
I never had this experience with other online shops, never.
The least they could do was setting up a automate mail responder or something to remind you that they recieved the mail.
But then again, Spectrasonics does that too and they never returned an answer either except that automated mail I received.
Not promising for the future.
But thanks for the opinion.

Don't worry, best service is part of music shop, a large well known serious music shop here in Munich where I also buy stuff.

Well, i ordered a lot the last few years at best service and I never got problems, I am sure you will get your stuff as soon as possible, maybe they want the momeny before they send out...
