how do I use the piano roll on FL 5 like I did in 4. It is not broken up into "bars" it only lets me start a pattern at the begining of each number. Would anyone who understands what I am saying please just tell me how to set it where it is like 4 in the piano roll.

how do I do it, I tried a lot of stuff

esit : ok I figured out the snap setting, but now it affects how I place my blocks in the sequencer, it's like I have to keep changing hte setting back and fourth to get the sequencer part to line up right. uggghhh

ask me on FL where I can give you a screenshot...the snap did default to line, now it defaults to none.

Like Hink said, just set your snap to "line" and it will behave exactly as it did before. "Line" is where I keep mine at.
