I was looking for some new sample material, and decided to grab a few Battery banks, cos they have .wavs.
Found one sampled from a Roland R8 drum machine.
Is this legal?
Samples themselves are a bit poor anyway, but i just wondered...

Could be samples provided by FM a few years ago. IIRC, these were free.
