Has anyone tried Sampletekk's Rain Piano?

Haven't tried it but you might want to keep an eye on the current Sampletekk White Sister group buy:
www.northernsounds.com/forum/showthread.php?t=27925
If they reach 81 participants you will get the White Sister grand piano (normal price $195), the Studio Grand 88 (normal price $95), the Rain Piano and a 50% discount on one Direct Download product of your choice – all for $78.
The group buy is just on Day 2 and they’re already at 20 participants, so it’s looking good.

Apparently the Sampletekk group buy has been postponed. As there are other piano group buys going on right now, the developer feels that it's better to do it at a later date. Those who had already signed up get the White Sister grand piano library for the lowest price (i.e. the price they paid when they joined the group buy).

You and me both, BJ. I’ve also been looking at the Rain Piano and this seemed like a good opportunity.BJ wrote: thanks for the info, I probably wouldve signed up for the group buy if it hadnt been closed
Let’s hope we get another shot at it in a couple of months. The upside is that the chances of a successful group buy are probably better when there’s less competition from similar group buys. I’ve actually joined the Vintaudio piano group buy (mostly interested in the upright library there, too) so hopefully that one has a better chance now – and my credit card gets a chance to recover between group buys.
