esounds website problems

I have been trying to order sonic refills through esounds but the website has some real problems. I have emailed esounds support twice and received no reply. The esounds site now shows no shipping options and a vague non explanation of this. Any idea when esounds will be getting it together?

This would be the first time I've heard of anything like this. Please contact robert@esoundz.com and explain the problem. He's the webmaster and can most likely fix it right away.
As for trying to just purchase some products, you can always email sales@esoundz.com They do normally get back to people in a timely manner.
