Backup copies on CD-ROM?

We'd like to know if our customers might consider purchasing backup copies of their Muon software on CD-ROM, and if so, how much would be considered a fair price.

Just to clarify, at least one customer a week comes to us to tell us that as a result of a hard disk problem or virus etc. they need to have their software re-sent. That's a lot of extra administration work for us, and although we encourage people to make a floppy disk backup of the software they've bought, it's obvious not many do. The CD-ROM would also probably contain some other content too.
