How do you make acid sound whit moun tau bassline?

1. Program a short 16th note riff
2. Turn up the resonance
3. Tweak cutoff, envmod and decay
4. Add a bit of distortion from M-Drive
5. ...and some nice tempo-sync'd delay...and you're off to the happy acid planet in no time at all.

I did a full tutorial for CM magazine not so long back on making your own acid track with free VSTi's like our Tau, I think it was published in issue 47 though I'd have to check.

Just receive delivery of Muon Tau Pro and on a Sunday!!!!
Just read some of this gonna go now and have a play around.

Thanks F-DJ. Franko, I just checked the CM site and you can't get issue 46 yet as a back issue for that DIY Acid tutorial.

Check in a couple of weeks at www.computermusic.co.uk or mail one of the CM bods like Red.
