Does it usually take more than 24 hours? - I thought these things were all automated these days, generally I get a response in the form of a confirmation of purchase at least within a couple of minutes. OK yesterday was sunday (if it's not an automated system) but they've had all day and still nothing. I haven't had a receipt or serial number or download link or anything yet - getting a bit worried it's got lost somewhere.

I've sent them 3 emails too but got no reply and all I got from the original download link that popped up when I purchased it was a corrupt file. I'm dying to try Tassman and the Harm Visser patches.

- still no reply to my emails or confirmation of purchase. I really would like to know what's going on - hopefully they frequent the forum and will see this.

Its just been one day since weekend, so I'd give them a little (maybe the person handling that stuff was ill monday, or they had their offices closed for the day entirely.. who knows).

You're right but in my experience confirmation of purchase/reciept usually comes within a few mins for internet purchases - I've never had to wait more than a few hours, even on weekends. The rest like dl links etc I would understand if people are not about etc but not having a reciept at least is a bit worrying.

Well another day and still nothing. I really thought I'd have had a response by now - at least to my emails or a reciept. The payment has definately gone through; maybe I should register on their forum and bring it up there?

IIWY, I'd phone. Sometimes there's no substitute for getting a real person on the horn and clearing things up.

I remember seeing someone from AAS here which is why I brought it up but I couldn't remember their name. I was hoping he might see it but now I have the name I'll try that too - ta.
