I Have a G4 450 Mac with 512 Ram 30 Gig HDD ,
Iam fairly new to MACS nly had mine for 1 month !!. I placed the DS404 in the VST Plugin folderand access it through VST instruments
I loaded the DS404 from Cubase and tried to open a patch. This totallly closed the DS404 and Cubase and I have no idea why, any ideas?

You need to increase the amount of memory allocated to Cubase in the Finder.
