My experience of this company has been absolutely apalling, and I'm wondering, how long will it be now before they disappear off the face of the earth, having taken a load of money from customers without delivering any goods?
My album has been available there for 3 months now, and I'm still waiting for the copy I originally ordered. The few other people that also ordered my album have not received it either, and there is no record of those sales in the statistics.
I've sent many emails and not had a single reply.
Has anyone else heard any similar stories about this company?

unfortunately, yes. one of their associated businesses is at shortrunmusic.com. I recommended the service to a friend some years back and he got burned on the deal. I don't remember the specifics, but I ended up having to contact the guy who runs the service personally (we'd met through a collaboration previously) to find out why he wasn't returning my friend's emails.
