What can I get for around $200

I would like to invest in something physical that would make interesting sounds, anything from a hardware synth to congas, or maybe something that doesn't have a direct relationship to music at all.

Should be a pretty nice user interface for that price range and you can coax out a wide variety of sounds with a lirrle practice
