turntable pitch effects

hey all..

(did a search of the forums, but nothing came up. sorry if there are other threads on this)

i'm looking for a plugin (or plugins) to do the following:

-pitch bend in real time.. looking for a smooth sound, not a pitch-shift

-emulate a 'warped record' sound.. i.e., subtle pitch modulation to get that wavering sound.

anyone know of plugins that would do either of these, either free or commercial?

Turntablist Pro is a awesome effect that uses .WAV's loaded to be scratched and pitched.

Xtal by GunShopSoft is another great one for 'pseudo DJ' work using .WAV's and/or MP3's loaded in reatime.

As for warped sounds, any sampler or LFO plug in with a Pitch amount on it should do the trick. Just set Speed to slow, and select a sawtooth or square wave for REALLY warped, or sine or triangle for 'lightly warped'.

Classic Chorus can do this pretty well. It's even got a preset "unstable turntable" or something like that...

You can use Blue Cat's Chorus (http://software.bluecatonline.org), and set the "dry" parameter to 0% and "wet" to 100%. You'll be then able to tune this wavering effect with the "rate" and "depth" parameters.
