What are the best Wav to MIDI Programs out there???????

I have sound2midi and intellscope ployphonic but these pograms are OK but I don't really like the results I'm getting from these porgrams, are there better ones out there?

From what I've read, most of those programs work with monophonic sources. What not try do some ear training -- it's free
