Hi guys,

A couple of months ago a new guy posted a link to a track he was doing - he was just after breaking up with his girlfriend and he wrote a really sweet/sad tune to play for her. Just vocals and guitar - it wasnt in English.

A few of us posted that we really liked it and it reminded us of Leonard Cohen.

Anyone remember this?

Anyone have a link to that tune?

I'd love to hear it again - I think the thread got deleted in the big clearout. I know I lost a couple of hundred posts

I know who you mean, but the name doesn't come to me either. I think he was Phillipino/Spanish if I recall?

But yes, just a very raw simple tune that I remember well.

I'll see if a search around can find him. I believe I gave him high praise in the Music Cafe.

Azra is really good. I do like his raw honesty with his music. Don't think I've seen him around much since?

Can only hope he;s using his time to make more great music.
