Hi erveryone, as we're recording for the singer of our group, we look for some effect(VST, directx....) that can change his voice, for exemple an effect that make the voice sound like coming from a telephone....

Telephone effect is mainly EQ: filter off all frequencies below 1000Hz and above 5000Hz. You can also try a bitcrusher or another lo-fi effect.
Kjaerhus (http://www.kjaerhusaudio.com) has a nice serie of "classics" effects, they cover the basics.
Newbie tip: "Slapback" delay is a simple delay of around 100ms, makes you sound like Elvis.
Maybe you should do some reading at the Studio Project Handbook:

Psychic Modulations Time Shifter 2 Effect (free). Great 'phone filter' on it amongst others. Or, the Luxonix 1392 (free) rack effect. A wealth of presets that simulate phones, radio's, leslie speakers, etc.
Look around this forum for there names, and Luxonix has their own forum below the thread menu for more info on it.

I think the free multi effect LFX-1310 from LUXONIX has a telephone setting. It also has some other interesting ones as well.
