A new product is currently being developed over here. It is a brand new model of equalizer based on my new findings and existing approaches I have developed so far. So it's probably as good as it can get for the moment.

Basically, it is just an EQ surface found in GlissEQ, SPAN and Voxformer plug-ins. With even greater easiness, but without spectrum analyzer (that is intentional - to make equalizing follow your taste - not what analyzer shows).

Other than that it is about equalizer model itself, and how it sounds.

It offers 6 automatic eq bands - 1 low-shelf, 3 peaking and 2 high shelves. They all go 'off' when at 0 dB gain (you may doubleclick any of them to force 0 dB state).

You may also use narrow band sweeping like in GlissEQ (CTRL key + left click on the EQ surface). Band's bandwidth (Q) can be adjusted with a mouse wheel, or by holding the right mouse button.

So, it is all about simplicity and sonic quality. There is nothing more about it.

Please be prepared for a quite high CPU load.

Kind regards,

Blimey... :o

Aleksey...allow me to be the first to compliment you on this new EQ algo...bleeding good job, man.

This thing is soooo smooth it makes all the other native EQs I have tested sound like breaking glass. Whatever you have done here just sounds absolutely brilliant.

Looking forward to the progress on this one... 8)

Aleksey - hehe, I just told the wife this morning that I have every plugin I need...now this and after what Kilroy said - maybe I'm still one short ! :x

PS - Another omen is that I unhooked my outboard spectrum analyzer last night - I think my monitoring and inter references in my brain are tuned up enough to try to fly without instruments - so to speak...good timing on the spectrum-less EQ.

This EQ sounds excellent. It seems like I have to use much more gain with other eq filters to mach the sound of HarmoniEQ. I guess what I mean to say is that this EQ sounds very audible. This is a good thing. Are the filters dynamic in nature?

ok i like :!: still testing :!: made a riaa curve sounds nice , dumped some hum sounded nice, added some air wow. exchange tape bus filter with this one :!: still testing

SMOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOTH!!!!!!

Yes - I have to agree this is a very nice EQ, the highs are simply exciting (hehe) and very smooth. Very simple to operate and get a good sound...even for me where I can always break glass with my usual adjustments of the Highs!

I had to put an instance of Gliss before and after HarmoniEQ and export a spectrum curve so I could see what I was hearing (I'm hopeless  ).

best plugin that I heard. better than the sonalksis on high frequencies, it has a "texture more soft"; Voxengo made a wonderful work with this equaliser.

Thank you for your comments! That is really encouraging!

brianbrian, there are no dynamic filters (in the sense of GlissEQ) here. What is very different is the whole 'scheme' (approach) of this EQ.

WOW this thing sounds good ... I just bought GlissEQ for mastering purposes and then this comes out ... *sobs*

Ummm ... how much do you think this puppy will go for Aleksey?

Post

dburgan, GlissEQ is a worthy tool. HarmoniEQ won't be as functionally-rich as GlissEQ. So I do not see a reason to feel cramped.

This one will go for $79.95 intro, $99.95 regular.

so, what's the deal? does this EQ add sympathetic harmonics?

What's the deal? Simplicity + sonic quality.
