Hi - Now I'm looking for a detuner to fatten up vocals slightly. All I can find is one called "detune" but it only seems to come in a package w a bunch of other effects. Anyone have other ideas? Thanks!!

Sure. Download that package and just don't use the plugins you don't think you need. 
They're all separate plugins.
mda Detune is my most used plugin, I can hardly make a track without it. I prefer it to chorus or stereo widening stuff
