Very pleased to have registered my copy.
Just a few teething problems:
On the Fx page when I deselect serial mode so the green light goes off my speakers made a very loud buzzing noise which only stopped when I turned it on again?
Also the setup button does not seem to open any windows up ?
How do I place the downloaded sound files into their separate banks/folders?

Was one of the 2 effects set to "off" when you disabled serial mode ? As the manual says, "Never set effects to Parallel mode if one of them is disabled" 
The setup button is only used in the standalone executable version of Rhino. When used in a vst host, it won't do anything.
Any bank you download should go into the presets/ subdirectory, so that it can be accessed through the 1st page dropdown menu.
