Having received the Xpress Keyboards bundle with Acid Pro 5.0,I decided to purchase the expansion packs for it that have recently become available to registered users. All was well until I realized I never received an email from NI after registering..so I have no password.I have made several attempts to retrieve the password from their site by submiting my serial number and email address.I've received no emails even though their site confirms my info and says it has issued a password to my email address.I also tried their support page form to no avail.Anyone else run into this problem?

Do you have a forum password? They've been streamlining their password system as of late, and for new registrants your forum password now more often than not is also your update/support password.

Unfortunately when you retreive your password it states that it changes your forum password to the newly issued one...but I never receive the email no matter how many times I try.

Catch 22
There's nobody there during the weekend- it's all automated. Check your junk mail folders- NI stuff sometimes gets shuffled to there (or blocked entirely).
If you don't get hold of a live person tomorrow, or if it hasn't been resolved, let me know, and I'll see what I can do.

check your spam filters.. i bet the filters ate the email.
in some cases the company running your mail server will have smoething on their end that eats the mail... maybe contact them and inquire about their spam filters?
other than that.. maybe wait.. and then consider using a different email address in the future... (if the spam filters are the culprit)
