SX sample editor drag 'n' drop Question.

I load a wav file into SXV3 - click on the file - am in the sample editor - break up the file into regions and now should be able to drag and drop the regions into the arrange page - BUT NOTHING HAPPENS!!!

Anyone got an idea where I may be going wrong?
