I'm not sure who I'd heard the other day, I think it was Pole. I loved it. I also think that it was catagorized as ambient dub. Does anyone know of any other artists who make ambient dub?
Also, what label is Pole on?
thanks.

Rootsman
and a recommended album from me:
Knights Of The Occasional Table - "Les Elephants du Paradis"

And, argueably, The Orb.

Try to find the two volumes of the 'Macro Dub Infection' compilation series on Virgin - compiled by Kevin Martin (God, Techno Animal, The Bug).
Also recommend Techno Animal's 'Re-entry' double cd. Disc two is about as deep as dub ever got.

Check thinner net label (thinnerism.com - or something) - dubby stuff, techno & ambient - digitalverein stuff is pretty much up that street.

NRB - you may like some of my tunes at www.soundclick.com/stevenwest Namely 'At War With The Dali Lhama'. Not sure what I was going for when I did it, but it very well could be 'ambient dub' for all I know?
But if you're good with 'labels', could you please let me know what you'd call it? (Asides from 'shit'
) I'm just no good keeping up with all these styles and labels... I just like to make 'interesting, fun, and conceptual' music.
Does that mean 'IFC' is a label now?
