Does anyone know if exist a VST that works like "Chaos Designer" module of Spectrasonics Stylus RMX?

SupaTrigger can do the reordering. I don't know about any other hosts, but Cubase can do the subtle timing/velocity variation stuff natively with MIDI.

I do it all the time.

Suppatrigga seems to be less powerfull and accurate than Chaos Designer, but anyway a good choice.

I believe Lucifer does similar things. It's not free though.

Chaos Designer as VST...
