Can i ask (before downloading), does much of this stuff overlap with the 101 breaks collection?

As I wrote, the pack does NOT contain ANY breaks from the 101 collection.

Hey, there's stuff in this pack I had post in the Art Of Sampling Yahoo group I had!

The Devilcake breaks, the apple in stereo - go & rautavaara graf break, cool! Thanks for sharing these, I've been looking for Herbie Hancock break for ages & now I have 7 of them!

Is this legal – when you say sampled from songs – what does that mean? I have not downloaded them and I see they are not on my server – but non the less I need to be sure there is not copyright issue here – is there?

There is sod all point asking the people that do know here – so I may need to take this off line – until its clear

Sampled from songs sounds lame! who with their mind on alert would do this?

i would get furious if somebody sampled the drums from a tune i did...

it cant be right, no matter what the law says!

if i wanted a certain style of drums i would try to create them my self!' it sounds like some people want to make things real simple for them selfs!

IMO its okej to download free looops and buy sample-Cds, but sample drums from songs sounds very lame..

I took them down, but fair enough: You don't have a grain of an idea what sampling really is.

To be sure the he did not put the pack on my server - but non the less - linking to copy protected stuff is also not allowed - wtf!

Any more of this and I will need to stop offering free - full stop!
